1 lb fresh green beans.
2 x green onions, chopped.
2 x cloves of garlic, minced.
6 x thin slices of fresh ginger.
3 tbl of sesame oil.
1 tsp sugar.
1/2 tsp salt.
2 tbl soy sauce.
Instructions:
Instructions: Cook the green beans in boiling water(to cover), 3 to 4 minutes; drain and plunge into cold water to stop the cooking process. Drain on paper towels. Cook green onions, garlic and ginger in hot sesame oil in a skillet 1 minute, stirring constantly; add sugar, salt and soy sauce, and cook until sugar dissolves, stirring constantly. Add the green beans and water, reduce heat to medium, and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Serve immediately.
