Ingredients:

1/4 lb ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 tbl cooking oil
2 cup shredded cabbage
2 cup shredded carrots
2 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup soy sauce
Instructions:
Instructions: Brown beef, onion & oil, stirring to break up meat (this may be done in a casserole dish in your microwave). Drain off fat & discard.

Shred cabbage using large-sized grater. Shred carrots using small-sized grater. Slice celery in thin angle slices. Add cabbage, carrots, celery, soy sauce and water to meat & onion mixture. Scrape into 1 1/2 qt. casserole. Cover. Bake in 350F oven for 45 minutes.

Serves 6.

Note: I use Yoshidas Gourmet Sauce instead of the soy sauce for a little extra zip. I serve this over rice and add a side salad for a quick, complete meal.
