4 x	Anchovy fillets, minced
6 tbl	Butter, softened
10 oz	Cream cheese, 300 g.
6 oz	Feta cheese, 175 g.
1/4 cup	Sour cream
1 tbl	Chives, fresh, chopped -OR-
1 tbl	-Green onions
	Tabasco sauce, few drops

Combine all ingredients in food processor until very smooth and creamy. Spread on crackers, bread or bagels. Also terrific in sandwiches.
