Instructions: Peel the prawns finely slice the celery spring onions and bamboo shoots into long thin strips.
Heat the oil in a heavybased frying pan either on the simmering plate or on the floor of the roasting oven. Stir in the ginger and cook stirring for 1 to 2 minutes. Add the prawns and vegetables and cook stirring until the prawns turn pink. Serve immediately. Serves 6 Email this Recipe:
