1/2 cup Snow peas
250 gm Rice vermicelli
1 x Red pepper sliced thin
1/2 x English cucumber sliced thin
6 oz Cooked shrimp
130 gm Crabmeat
1 tsp Fine chopped fresh ginger
1 x Chopped garlic clove
2 tsp Sesame oil
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Lemon juice
3 tsp Vegetable oil
Instructions:
Instructions: Wash and trim snwo peas. Place them in a bowl and pour in enough boiling water to cover them. Let stand 10 minutes; drain and set aside. Cook the noodles in plenty of boiling water for 3 to 4 minutes. Drain in colander, rinse with cold water and set aside. In large bowl, combine noodles, snow peas, red pepper, cucumber, shrimp and crabmeat. In a small bowl, combine ginger, garlic, sesame oil, pepper, salt, vegetable oil, lemon juice and vinegar. Pour this dressing over the other ingredients and mix thoroughly. Chill before serving.
