1/2 x cubs chopped broccoli florets
1/2 cup snow peas, trimmed
2/3 cup chicken stock
2 tbl hoisin sauce
1 tbl cornstarch
1 tsp minced gingerroot (or 1/2 teaspoon ground)
1 tbl olive oil
1/2 tsp crushed garlic
3/4 cup chopped sweet red pepper
1 lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tbl chopped pecans
Instructions:
Instructions: Blanch broccoli and snow peas in boiling water just until color brightens; drain and set aside. Combine chicken stock, hoisin sauce, cornstarch and ginger until mixed. Set aside.

In large skillet, heat oil; saute garlic and red pepper for 2 minutes. Add shrimp and hoisin mixture; saute just until shrimp turns pink and sauce thickens. Add broccoli, snow peas and pecans; toss well. Sprinkle with green onions.
