Put all ingredients in a screw topped jar and shake well to blend before using. To finish: Clean and blanch the snowpeas in boiling salted water for 30 seconds. Drain and refresh under cold running water to cool. Shred the Chinese cabbage and cut the cucumber in julienne strips. Place all salad ingredients except sesame seeds in a bowl and toss together with dressing. Transfer to serving bowl and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds. Email this Recipe:
