1 lb boneless chicken breast tenders - (to 1 1/2 lbs)
2 cup coarsely-chopped cabbage
1 med onion cut in large chunks
1 med red bell pepper cut in large chunks
1 pkt Kikkoman Oriental Chicken Salad Seasoning
1 tbl red wine vinegar
2 tsp honey
2 tsp soy sauce
1 cup frozen mixed oriental vegetables
2 tbl cornstarch
Instructions:
Instructions: Cut chicken into 1 1/2-inch pieces. Place first 8 ingredients in crockpot; mix well. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.

Stir cornstarch and cold water together; add with vegetables during the last 30 minutes.

This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
