225 gm chipolatas
350 gm streaky bacon rinded
8 x prunes stoned
Instructions:
Instructions: Twist each sausage in half and cut it into two.

Stretch the bacon rashers with the back of a knife and cut each one into three.

Wrap each sausage half and stoned prune in a piece of bacon.

Secure each 2 or 3 rolls on a wooden cocktail stick or use kitchen skewers.

Place the rolls under a preheated hot grill and cook for about 56 minutes turning them once until the bacon is crisp.

Remove the sticks and divide the sausage and prune rolls between the pieces of pitta.

Serve hot.
