Instructions: *(Chipotle chili - canned - in adobo sauce)

Place garlic and chipotle chilies in processor and chop. Add butter and onion, and process until thoroughly mixed. Form into a log with plastic wrap. Chill.

Note: This chipotle butter is good served on boiled fresh corn, or on polenta, or with hamburgers as a flavor boost.
