3 tbl	TABASCO brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce
1/4 cup	vegetable oil
12 x	corn tortillas
4 cup	shredded Monterey Jack or other melting cheese (1 pound)

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine enchilada sauce and TABASCO(r) brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce in a large bowl and mix well; pour about 1 cup mixture into a 13 x 9-inch baking pan and tilt to coat bottom with sauce.
