Amount	Ingredient
2 x	dried chipotle peppers
	(use 3 to heat it up a little)
3 tbl	freshly-ground black pepper
2 tbl	dried oregano
1 tbl	dried cilantro leaves
1 x	bay leaf
1 tsp	cumin
1 tsp	onion powder

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a spice mill or blender and grind until even. Store in an airtight jar. Will store for about 6 months in the freezer.

Great for brisket, steak, and pork.
