2 to 2 1/2 cup
Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
2 tsp grated orange zest
1 cup fresh orange juice
3 tbl fresh lemon juice
1 tsp minced garlic
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbl chopped canned chipotle chile in adobo, or 1 teaspoon red pepper
flakes
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl. Marinate and grill steaks as directed in master recipes, infra.

Makes 2 to 2 1/2 cups marinade.
