1 pkt	(6-oz) cream cheese
1/2 med	Onion, grated
1 x	-(up to)
2 x	Lemons, juice of
1 dsh	Tabasco

Instructions:

Instructions: Soften cream cheese; add onion, lemon juice and Tabasco. Spread dried beef on waxed paper, overlapping edges. Spread cream cheese thinly over beef.

Roll tightly and refrigerate.

Makes 2 rolls. Cut into thin slices when serving.
