3/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
2 tbl minced fresh chives
Instructions:
Instructions: In a blender, puree sour cream and chopped chives until pale green. Scrape into a bowl and stir in minced chives and salt to taste.

This recipe yields about 3/4 cup.

Comments: If making up to 1 day ahead, chill airtight. For even color, use a blender; otherwise, you can mince all the chives and mix with sour cream.

Yield: 3/4 cup
