1 lb firm tofu
2 tbl brown rice vinegar
1 tbl soy sauce or umeboshi vinegar
1/2 tsp sea salt
Water to texturize- (abt 1/3 cup)
Instructions:
Instructions: Steam or boil tofu for 3 minutes. Drain then blend with other ingredients. Add chives or scallion greens.

This recipe yields 2 cups.

Yield: 2 cups
