125 gm soft butter
200 gm soft brown sugar
2 lrg eggs
300 gm self raising flour
1 cup milk or dark choc bits
Instructions:
Instructions: 1. Put the butter and sugar in a large bowl and beat together until smooth.

(This can be done in an electric mixer if you like).

2. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing the egg in very well before you add the next one.

3. When both the eggs are mixed in, add the flour, choc bits and peanuts. Stir very well until all the flour has disappeared (you may need some grown up muscle here).

4. Scoop the cookie dough into walnut sized balls and place on a non-stick oven tray, lined with glad bake. Make sure you place the dough balls at least 15cm. apart.

5. With a fork, gently squash down the cookie dough a bit, then bake at 190c. for 15-20 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
