200 gm bitter chocolate
300 ml single cream
2 x eggs
Instructions:
Instructions: Dessert biscuits such as sponge fingers to serve

Grate the chocolate or break it into small pieces.

Put it into the bowl of an electric blender or food processor.

Heat the cream just to boiling point and pour over the chocolate.

Blend at high speed for a few seconds until smooth.

Break the eggs into the bowl blend again add the cherry brandy and blend until the mixture is smooth.

Pour into 4 individual serving dishes cool and then cover and chill overnight in the refrigerator.

Serve with dessert biscuits.
