Combine flour, sugar, and salt; cut in butter with a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal. Pat mixture into an ungreased 13- x 9- x 2-inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Combine chocolate morsels and peanut butter in a small saucepan; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate melts. Spread over crust; chill until firm. Cut into squares.
