Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 and grease 13x9 pan. In large mixing bowl combine all ingredients except chocolate pieces and nuts. Blend well at lowest mixer speed. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour batter into pan and sprinkle with chocolate pieces and nuts. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
