Instructions: Makes 16. You can grind the almonds by pulsing them in a food processor or blender.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease an 8-inch square baking pan. In a heavy saucepan, melt butter and chocolate until smooth, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in sugar, eggs, and extracts; mix just until blended. Stir in almonds. Spread batter evenly in prepared pan. Bake 35 to 40 minutes. Email this Recipe:
