Instructions: Chocolate sprinkles
In a saucepan blend the sugar with the cocoa powder, tapioca, egg, and milk. Set aside for a few minutes. Place the pan over medium heat. Cook for 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture comes to a boil. Remove the pan from the heat. Add the vanilla, stirring. Let cool for 10 minutes. Stir the mixture. Place in a mixing bowl, cover, and refrigerate. To serve, place even amounts of crushed chocolate wafers in the bottom of a parfait glass. Add sliced bananas. Filled with half the tapioca pudding. Add a small amount of whipped cream. Top with more tapioca. Garnish with chocolate sprinkles. Email this Recipe:
