Instructions: Line a 20cm x 10cm loaf tin with clingfilm.
Place the whole bananas in the tin in two layers. In a smal1 saucepan bring the cream slowly to the boil remove from heat and add the chocolate. Stir until combined and smooth. Pour over the bananas to cover. Cool then refrigerate overnight. Next day unmould remove the clingfilm and serve in slices. Serves 6 Email this Recipe:
