Instructions: Line a 9-inch pie plate with the pie pastry, trimming and fluting the edge.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until set. Combine the sugar, butter, flour and eggs in a mixer bowl, beating well. Stir in the chocolate chips, pecans and bourbon. Pour into the prepared pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes or until very lightly browned. Cool slightly before slicing. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
