Instructions: For the mousse: Boil the cream, pour over the chocolate. Add the gelatine when still warm. Allow to cool. Add rest of whipping cream, pour into moulds and allow to set.
For the chocolate squares: Melt the dark and white chocolate seperately. Pour the white chocolate slowly onto paper, using a spoon make a pattern. Allow to set. Then pour over the dark chocolate, spread thinly, set and cut into squares. Email this Recipe:
