Instructions: Melt the chocolate, butter and coffee in a bowl over simmering water.
Beat the eggs and sugar together until light and creamy. Sift over the flour, baking powder and salt. Fold in the warm chocolate and mix well. Pour into a greased 9inch/23 cm tin and bake for 20u25 minutes. Be careful not to over cook as the cookies will be dry in the centre. Cut into chunks immediately then leave to cool in the tin.
