Instructions: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Combine all the ingredients except the flour, cocoa, and kisses, and blend well. Add the flour and cocoa and blend well. Form 1 inch balls and place on parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake for 6 to 7 minutes, or until set. Do not over bake. Remove from oven. Immediately place a Kiss in the center of cookie, push in so it will hold. Let cool. about 60 cookies Email this Recipe:
