Instructions: Melt chocolate over hot water or in the microwave oven. Set aside until cool.
Combine butter, sugar, salt, vanilla and milk. With a mixing spoon or on low speed of an electric mixer, beat until smooth. Add melted chocolate; beat until thick enough to spread.
