Instructions: Put all the ingredients in mixing bowl and beat at highest speed for 6 minutes. Bake in 8 inch round greased or lined pan at 175C (350F) for 40 minutes or until tester is clean when removed from the centre of the cake. I usually cut this cake in two, spread with strawberry jam, sliced fresh strawberries and whipped cream.
