3/4 cup soy flour
3/4 cup rice flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 x eggs
125 gm butter (melted)
2/3 cup milk
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat oven to 175C (350F).

Grease 20cm (8") cake tin.

Sift flours and baking powder.

Combine all ingredients and beat for 3 minutes with an electric mixer.

Pour into prepared tin and bake for approximately 50 minutes.
