Instructions: Chill dough 1 to 2 hours. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mold dough by rounded teaspoonfuls around caramel halves. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake about 7 minutes until set. Cool. Blend sugar, chocolate, corn syrup and water. Swirl cookies in chocolate glaze.
