1 cup self-rising flour, sifted
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup coconut
125 gm butter, melted
400 gm Nestle Sweetened Condensed Milk
30 gm butter, extra
2 tbl golden syrup
150 gm Nestle Cooking Chocolate, melted
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine first four ingredients, mix well. Press into greased 18 cm x 28 cm lamington pan. Bake in (180C) oven 10 minutes. Combine Nestle Sweetened Condensed Milk, butter and golden syrup in a pan. Stir over medium heat until boiling, reduce heat, stir constantly further 5 minutes.

Spread over base, bake further 10 minutes, cool. Combine Nestle Cooking Chocolate and shortening, spread over filling. Refrigerate until set.
