Instructions: Sift flour with instant pudding, salt and soda. Add brown sugar, butter and buttermilk. Beat 1-1/2 minutes with mixer on low speed. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat 1-1/2 minutes. Turn into three greased and floured 8-inch round pans. Use about 1-1/2 cups batter per pan. Sprinkle chocolate morsels over layers. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Cool. Frost and decorate with walnuts.
