Instructions: Combine chocolate and butter in metal bowl. Place over hot water and stir until melted. Add crumbs and nuts. Grease 9x13" pan. Press half of the mix itno bottom. In saucepan, combine sugar and water. Bring to a boil. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Add butter or margarine.
Place dry milk into small mixer bowl. Beat in sugar mix. Baet 1 minute until smooth. Baet in cream cheese, egg and vanilla until mix is smooth and creamy. Pour into crumb lined pan. Top with remaining crumb mix. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until tested done. Cool to room temperature. Chill before cutting into bars. Email this Recipe:
