Instructions: Grease and flour tube pan. Blend first 4 ingredients; beat 2 minutes. Pour into pan and microwave or bake at 3501. Cool 10 minutes upright.

Combine glaze: chips, margarine, some milk; add powdered sugar and more milk if it is necessary. Then mix well and spoon over cake.
