Instructions: Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl and set aside.
In a separate bowl, mix together eggs, Almond Breeze, sugar and butter until smooth. Add dry ingredients and mix until incorporated, then fold in the cherries. Do not overmix. Place in buttered muffin tins or cupcake papers inside muffin tin. Pour into cups in twelve equal portions and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, or until toothpick comes out dry upon testing.
