Instructions: Cream butter and 2 cups powdered sugar. Add salt, vanilla and flour. Mix to blend. Stir in chocolate pieces. Pinch off pieces of dough. Roll into 1-inch balls and flatten with fork on baking sheet. Bake at 350F 15 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar while hot.
