SIFT FLOUR, SALT AND BAKING SODA TOGETHER. ADD TO BUTTER MIXTURE AND MIX ON SPEED 2 FOR 30 SECONDS. STIR IN CHOCOLATE CHIPS BY HAND. DROP ON BAKING SHEETS BY SPOONFULS. BAKE AT 350 DEG F.
