Instructions: Preheat oven to 350. lightly spray baking sheets with nonfat cooking spray. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and sugar in a bowl, stir until blended. Combine butter buds, corn syrup, egg substitute, vanilla and brown sugar in a food processor or blender and process until creamy and smooth. Pour bitter mixture into flour mixture and stir until blended. Fold in chocolate chips. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto baking sheet and bake 10 - 15 minutes until lightly browned.
