Instructions: Heat oven to 375 degrees. Cream margarine and shortening with sugars; add eggs and vanilla. Beat until well combined. Stir in Bisquick, oats, nuts and chocolate pieces. Drop by teaspoonful onto a greased and floured baking sheet or non stick sheet of Silpat. Bake 10 to 15 minutes until light brown.
Cool on a rack for 3 minutes; remove to rack or plate to cool completely. Makes about 36 cookies. These are easy and delicious! Email this Recipe:
