Instructions: Heat oven to 350 degrees. Press cookie dough in bottom of ungreased 12" pizza pan or 13x9" pan. Bake at 350 degrees or 15 to 25 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool completely.
Meanwhile, in small saucepan over medium heat, combine dried fruit bits, coconut and orange juice. Cook over medium heat until juice is abosrbed, about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; stir in marmalade. Refrigerate 25 minutes to cool completely. Spoon cold fruit mixture evenly over baked crust. In small saucepan over low heat, melt candy coating with oil, stirring constantly. Drizzle evenly over fruit mixture. Cut into squares to serve. Makes 30 to 36 servings. Email this Recipe:
