Instructions: Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or on a plate over a pan of simmering water. Line a baking sheet with nonstick paper. Use a teaspoon to spoon the melted chocolate onto the paper in wreath shapes. While chocolate is still soft, decorate each wreath with almonds and candied fruit. Refrigerate until firm.
