Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees . Butter cookie sheets.
Finely grind oats in processor. Transfer to large bowl. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt to oats and blend well. Using electric mixer, beat butter and both sugars in another large bowl until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Mix in dry ingredients. Fold in semisweet chocolate, pecans and milk chocolate. Form cookie dough into 1-1/4-inch balls. Arrange balls on prepared sheets, spacing 2 inches apart. Bake until cookies are pale golden, about 10 minutes. Transfer cookies to rack and cool completely. Store cookies in airtight container. Email this Recipe:
