3 tbl Butter
2 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Light corn syrup
1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
1 cup Milk
1 tsp Vanilla
Instructions:
Instructions: In a medium saucepan, mix the milk, sugar, cocoa, and corn syrup. Cook over high heat for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and continue stirring until mixture forms a hard ball when dropped in a cold cup of water (about 236 degrees F) Set aside, let cool and add butter to mixture, but DONT STIR.

After butter melts and mixture cools, stir in vanilla. Beat well until fudge hardens. Stir in pecans. Spread into a greased 9-inch pie pan. Let cool 10 minutes.
