500 gm	Sugar
4 x	Eggs
3/8 lt	Milk
450 gm	Flour
4 tsp	Vanilla sugar
3 tbl	Cocoa
4 tsp	Baking powder
300 gm	Butter, melted
	----------------- TOPPING ----------------
200 gm	Butter, melted
7 tbl	Regular strength coffee
1/2 tbl	Cocoa
3 tsp	Vanilla sugar
100 gm	Coconut, grated

Instructions:

Instructions: Whip eggs and sugar until white. Add all other ingredients, melted margarine last. Mix all ingredients well. Pour into buttered cake mold (30 x 45 cm). Bake at 190C (375F) 20 - 25 min.

While the cake is cooling boil the following for 5 minutes: margarine, coffee, cocoa, vanilla sugar, grated coconut, confectioners sugar.

Spread evenly over the cake.
