1 Melt chocolate in a basin over hot water then pour into a greased and lined Swiss roll tin place in refrigerator to set 2 Over a gentle heat melt the margarine. Remove from heat stir in sugar coconut and cherries mix well 3 Beat in eggs 4 Spread mixture over chocolate base and bake in preheated oven 5 When cooked leave until cold then cut into squares small oven: 180 degrees C approx 20 minutes PREHEATED bottom shelf fan oven: 170 degrees C approx 20-25 minutes PREHEATED Email this Recipe:
