3/4 cup Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/2 cup Shortening
1 cup Sugar
1 x Egg
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1/4 cup Milk
18 lrg Marshmallows halved
36 x Pecan halves if desired
2 cup Confectioners sugar
5 tbl Cocoa powder
1/8 tsp Salt
3 tbl Butter or margarine softened
Instructions:
Instructions: Sift together first 4 ingredients. Set aside. In mixing bowl, cream shortening and sugar. Add egg, vanilla and milk. Add flour mixture and mix well. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls about 2" apart onto greased cookie sheets.

Bake at 350 for 8 minutes. DO NOT OVERBAKE. Remove cookies from oven, and top each with a marshmallow half. Return to oven for 2 minutes. Place cookies on wire racks to cool.

Meanwhile, beat last 5 ingredients together. Spread on each cookie, and top with a pecan half, if desired.
