Instructions: Melt butter in a heavy skillet. Add walnuts, flour and brown sugar; blend well. Continue stirring until crumbs are toasted and golden brown, about 5 to 7 minutes. Cool. In a mixing bowl, combine cooled crumbs with powdered sugar, evaporated milk, peppermint extract and melted chocolate; blend well. Pour into buttered 9-inch square pan.
