Instructions: 1. Place all ingredients for cakes in mixing bowl mix together then beat for 2 minutes 2 Divide the mixture between 12 paper cases 3 Bake in preheated oven
4 When cooked make topping. Over a gentle heat melt together margarine cocoa and water. Remove from heat and beat in sieved icing sugar.

5 When cakes are cold coat them with topping

small oven: 190 degrees C approx 15 minutes PREHEATED middle shelf
fan oven: 170 degrees C approx 15 minutes PREHEATED
