Instructions: First fasten a sheet of nonustick baking paper (with butter at each corner) to a flat tray or baking sheet.
Put the chocolate and butter (or marg) into a roomy bowl. Melt in a microwave or over a pan of simmering water. Do not get the mixture too hot. Stir in the crushed shreeded wheat. When all the shreds are covered in chocolate, take a teaspoon and spoon out little mounds straight on to the non-stick paper. Shape each mound rougly into a nest. Drop three eggs into each nest while the chocolate is still wet. Allow to cold then store in a tin until needed. Email this Recipe:
